We had a good ride today at the sand mines. It was Jeremy(TJ), Will(TJ), Wayne(Rubicon), Dad(red XJ), and myself(green XJ). No carnage, began at 1:15 and got out at 5:00. We played a little, rode the trail from one end to the other, shook our heads at the V and had a great time. One of the best rides I've had, the 31" open XJ did well. Got some good video too.

That was a really fun trail. I think everyone had a good time and no one winched all day. I have a ton of photos but several of them turned out blurry. I'll go through them tomorrow and upload them somewhere. Here is one good shot of everyone.

Wayne was the only one to try a rougher exit from the waterhole, and he did it like it was nothing.

Jason's dad (I'm bad with names) made everything look easy

Jason. He wasn't posing, that was the only way to cross those ditches.

And me, that was a very difficult parking spot to get into, I thought I was gonna hafta winch. I didn't choose the right or left line, I just went up the middle and made it ok.

Hey Jeremy, you can get yourself a Mall Rated sticker now! Are there any plans to ride here again this year? It wont be much longer before I can come play! I would have been driving today but had a family "emergency".
